The W-Type flexible joint cast iron soil pipes and fittings series are manufactured in compliance with the Chinese National Standard GB/T 12772-2016 "Flexible Joint Cast Iron Pipes, Fittings and Accessories for Drainage". The hubless pipes and fittings adopt a stainless steel clamp connection system. They offer excellent sealing performance, superior earthquake resistance, quick installation, easy maintenance, reliable performance, aesthetic durability, and space-saving features. 

1. First, cut the straight pipe to the required length. Ensure that the cut end is perpendicular to the pipe axis, with a smooth and neat surface free of burrs or sharp edges to avoid damaging the rubber sealing ring.  

2. Loosen the clamp bolts using a special wrench, remove the rubber sealing ring, and slide the clamp onto the positioned straight pipe or fitting. Then, slide one end of the rubber sealing ring onto the positioned straight pipe or fitting until the pipe or fitting end face fully contacts the central limit ring inside the sealing ring. Completely fold back the other end of the rubber sealing ring to fully expose the central limit ring inside.  

3. Vertically place the end face of the pipe or fitting to be connected onto the exposed central limit ring of the folded-back rubber sealing ring. Return the folded-back rubber sealing ring to its original position, ensuring that the ends of both pipes or fittings are tightly pressed against the central limit ring inside the sealing ring. Align the two pipes or fittings on the same axis.  

4. Slide the pre-installed clamp to the position of the rubber sealing ring, aligning it with the end face of the ring.  

5. Use a special wrench to alternately and gradually tighten the clamp bolts. Avoid fully tightening one side at once, as this may distort the clamp. Also, avoid excessive force to prevent stripping the bolts or clamp straps.
